In 2003 we began working together in Employee Services with the City of Saskatoon. We immediately began to work well together and found that work was fun, creative and, above all else, effective. We experienced success in working with all levels of the organization. Whether it was working with senior managers in implementing change, helping middle managers develop their staff, assisting front line supervisors deal with the day to day issues, facilitating unions and management on collective bargaining or helping individual employees deal with harassment issues or career development, we affected positive change.
As Mitch moved outside Human Resources, we continued to work collaboratively towards transforming the organization.
We are now both retired from our careers but we are still working together to help others in organizations achieve positive change. We believe our shared and individual experiences, along with the diversity of our backgrounds, make us a great team. We would like to help you.
